Zaritsky, Yosef (Zarfutti, Yossefl)

(1891 -1985)

   Israeli painter. He was born in the Ukraine, and went to Palestine in 1923. He painted watercolours of Safed, Tiberias and Jerusalem, and his later works chiefly depict the Israeli landscape.
